CERTIFIED MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

ISO 9001 certified

Jintat operates under an ISO 9001 certified quality management system. Certificate information can be supplied during RFQ or supplier qualification review.

MEASUREMENT & DOCUMENTATION

The Right Inspection Method for Each Feature

Inspection methods are selected according to the drawing and the feature being measured. CMM, Keyence, thread gauges, optical measurement, calipers, surface roughness testing and other suitable equipment are used as required.

Critical-dimension report

Part number, drawing revision, nominal value, tolerance, measured result and disposition as required.

Material & process records

Material certificates and qualified outsourced-process documents can be coordinated by project.

Revision control

ERP-supported order and drawing control reduces the risk of obsolete revisions entering production.
