CERTIFIED MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
Jintat operates under an ISO 9001 certified quality management system. Certificate information can be supplied during RFQ or supplier qualification review.
MEASUREMENT & DOCUMENTATION
Inspection methods are selected according to the drawing and the feature being measured. CMM, Keyence, thread gauges, optical measurement, calipers, surface roughness testing and other suitable equipment are used as required.

Material certificates and qualified outsourced-process documents can be coordinated by project.
ERP-supported order and drawing control reduces the risk of obsolete revisions entering production.


INSPECTION IN PRACTICE
CMM and measurement equipment in actual inspection work.
Inspection records can include specification limits, measurement equipment, inspection frequency and actual measured values. Customer and project identifiers are removed from the public sample.
