Machining Capabilities
CNC turning, milling and mill-turn machining planned around part geometry, tolerances, material and quantity. From prototypes to high-mix low-volume and repeat production, the process is selected according to the requirements of each part.

CNC Turning
For shafts, sleeves, flanges and rotational parts. Critical dimensions, threads and fits are machined to drawing requirements and inspected as required.

CNC Milling
For parts with faces, holes, slots, profiles and multi-sided features. Setup and machining sequences are planned around datums, tolerances and geometric relationships to reduce unnecessary repositioning.

Mill-Turn Machining
Turning and milling features completed in fewer setups to reduce repeated clamping and maintain relationships between critical features.

Process Coordination
CNC machining and required secondary processes — including heat treatment, surface finishing and grinding — are coordinated through one point of contact. Process requirements remain aligned from machining through final inspection.

01Machined components for equipment, fixtures, mounts, flanges and precision mechanisms. Dimensions, fits, datums and finishing requirements are reviewed according to the drawing, with inspection planned around critical features.
02Machined components for equipment, mounts, shafts, flanges and mechanical assemblies. Processes are planned around assembly requirements, from prototypes and low-volume runs to repeat production.
03Shafts, flanges, mounts, housings and transmission-related components. Machining and inspection are planned around critical fits, concentricity, datums and assembly requirements.
04Material, geometry, tolerance and inspection requirements are reviewed according to the drawing and project requirements. Manufacturing feasibility is confirmed on a part-by-part basis.
05Machining methods are reviewed according to the drawing and functional requirements, with dimensional, surface and inspection requirements confirmed for each project.
06Mounts, housings, shafts, flanges and mechanical components for unmanned and electromechanical systems. Manufacturing is reviewed around geometry, assembly and dimensional requirements.
